MarketToolsĘ Names Jeff Greenberg as President
of Worldwide Operations
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - December 6,
2005 - MarketTools, Inc., the leading innovator of online marketing
research, announced today that it has appointed Jeff Greenberg as its President
of Worldwide Operations responsible for driving and aligning all of the company's
revenue-generating businesses on a global basis. Greenberg brings to MarketTools
a proven track record of company-building leadership in consumer market information
gathering and online customer experience development.
In this new role, Greenberg will lead all of the sales and client service
operations across the company's spectrum of delivery channels, from full-service
to self-serve. This includes all of the MarketTools-branded services and capabilities
as well as Zoomerang, the leading online self-service research platform. Greenberg
will report to MarketTools CEO Amal Johnson.

solutions. Under his leadership, Vividence expanded dramatically, nearly tripling
in revenue during his tenure. Prior to that, Greenberg was CEO of ShoppingList.com,
a Silicon Valley start-up company. Notably, he spent more than 20 years with
Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), helping to build it from a start-up into the
leading provider of consumer insight and scanner-based solutions for the consumer
packaged goods industry. Greenberg's many roles at IRI included President of
customer sales and service, with responsibility for over $400 million in revenue,
and President of the e-commerce division, devising IRI's e-commerce strategy
and business plan.
