President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO, Scott brings extensive experience in both technology and service industries, along with proven expertise in developing strategies that drive profitable growth.
Scott joined MarketTools in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, leading the execution of the company's operational and corporate strategy, focusing on company-wide initiatives to drive profitable growth. As a Principal at McKinsey & Company and as a COO of Borland Software, Arnold has been involved with business transformation, from young startups to Fortune 500 companies. At Borland, he led the global sales, marketing, product development, and services organizations, and successfully repositioned the company as a market leader in Software Delivery Optimization (SDO). Prior to joining Borland, Arnold was a founding member and helped grow McKinsey's Silicon Valley Office. He also led the firm's Technology Sector on the West Coast.
Scott holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mike brings a 20-year track record in finance and operations leadership, strategic planning and executive management to the role.
Pope's executive management experience includes leadership positions at both private and public companies, including BearingPoint, Network General, DigitalThink and Dionex Corporation. Prior to his most recent role at BearingPoint, Pope was the president and chief operating officer of Network General, a world-class enterprise software company focused on network and application performance analytics, from 2005 to 2006, and served as the company's CFO in 2005. Pope is currently a board member and chair of the audit committee at Dionex Corporation (DNEX) where he served as chief financial officer from 1994 to 1999.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chief Development Officer
As Chief Development Officer, Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience managing world-class software development organizations and delivering innovative customer solutions.
Lynn joined MarketTools in 2008 as vice president of engineering. As chief development officer, Lynn is responsible for the software engineering, user experience, performance optimization, quality assurance, and customer support organizations. Prior to MarketTools, Christensen served as vice president of the corporate performance management, business intelligence, and governance risk and compliance suite of products at Oracle Corporation. Christensen has also led software engineering teams at PeopleSoft and at American Express. At both Oracle and PeopleSoft, Lynn led the product development teams that built massively.
Lynn holds an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.

As EVP and General Manager of Panels and Communities, John leads a team dedicated to driving the continued momentum of MarketTools panel offerings; ZoomPanel, MarketTools proprietary global online panel; TrueSample, the industry's first quality-assured sample, and Insight Networks, innovative solutions incorporating text analysis, interactive communities and quantitative research.
John Ouren brings extensive sales and marketing experience with leading technology and services companies to MarketTools. Previously, he served as president of Goodmail Systems, an innovator in certified email, where he was responsible for managing the company's sales, business development and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Goodmail, John was senior vice president of worldwide sales, services and field operations at Digital Impact, a leading provider of email marketing technology and services acquired by Acxiom Corporation. Before Digital Impact, John was both a founding member of the e-commerce practice and leader in the financial services practice at McKinsey & Company where he provided strategic and operating expertise to leading software companies and financial services firms worldwide.
John holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

EVP and General Manager, Research Solutions
Cynthia McCloud has deep roots in retail and CPG and an excellent track record at building and growing customer relationships.
Cynthia most recently led Catalina Marketing Corporation's European business division from Paris, with full P&L responsibility for multiple business units across Europe. Prior to that, she was executive vice president of Catalina's retail services and executive vice president of retail sales and marketing. In these roles, she shaped business growth by introducing new technology-based client solutions and driving a record number of multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts. Before Catalina, Cynthia spent eighteen years with The Vons Companies, a multi-billion-dollar food and drug retailer in Southern California.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and an MBA from University of California-Irvine.

Senior Vice President, Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Amy leads MarketTools' corporate and field marketing teams and is responsible for driving the industry adoption of MarketTools' innovative customer-insight technologies.
Amy joined MarketTools in 2005 and has broad experience in marketing strategy, marketing communications, and field marketing. Most recently she served as VP, Marketing for TrueSample and ZoomPanel, where her leadership in helping create and communicate the TrueSample strategy is changing the standards for quality in the market research industry. Before coming to MarketTools, Amy ran marketing for Workshare, a document security software company and prior to Workshare, she was General Manager of the e-commerce division of Netscape.
Amy holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
